LABTEC’s COVID-19 Update: 15 May 2020

With the move to Alert Level 2 - Reduce, Thursday 14 May, we have continued to operate on a business-as-usual basis.

LABTEC’s full range of laboratory services remain available.

Supporting our team and community in the delivery of services

During March 2020, LABTEC implemented safeguards that met the New Zealand Government and World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines for supporting the health, safety and wellbeing of our team and community.

As the New Zealand Government continues to ease strict restrictions, we will monitor the situation and adjust our plans and actions accordingly. We will be in direct communication with clients and partners, should we believe there are material changes to our ability to deliver services.

The pandemic has, understandably, caused significant financial losses for businesses and households. We also understand that continued economic instability may stimulate uncertainty, anxiety and therefore impact mental wellbeing. During this difficult time and the possibility of challenging times ahead, we hope that you continue to take care of yourself and your loved ones and remember: You’re not alone. We’re in this together. Considering the recent announcement of government initiatives, we remain optimistic for an economic reboot from the lockdown.
